This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Healthkraftme website, including Kumkumadi skincare products, physical wellness items, and digital resources/services. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Physical Products (Skincare & Wellness Products)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrived defective or leaking
⏰ Important: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
Note: Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement product, or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Digital Products
Digital products include (but are not limited to): eBooks, downloadable wellness guides, diet charts, health trackers, and other digital resources.
Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If you face any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Online Programs, Workshops & Consultations
Refund eligibility is as follows:
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, we can reschedule your booking.
- Once the session has been conducted or access to program materials has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
This policy ensures fairness and respects the time invested in preparing and delivering professional wellness guidance.
Order Cancellation
Orders for physical products can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The wrong product was shipped, or
- The product arrived damaged due to a shipping error
